General Booking Conditions for Vendee Loisirs Vacances (VLV)
Thank you for requesting details about VLV, and prices for 2014. I have lots of help and advice to give you. I have 10 modern, luxurious chalet style mobile homes, all with spacious wooden verandas on 1 superbly located campsite, “Le Zagarella in St Jean de Monts.

Vendée - Loisirs - Vacances * Summer - Prices Per Week *
These prices are per week inclusive of French VAT (tva) and are per Mobile Home (maximum 1 car per pitch & 6/7 people per Mobile Home). The week is usually from Sat/Sun 16h to Sat/Sun 10h. However, please ask for holidays of a different duration (price per night available) or other arrival days, which are nearly always possible.The price includes the rent of the Mobile Home for the number of people registered, the campsite pitch and the services attached to it i.e. water, electricity and gas. The price does not include; the administration fees of 20 €/bank charges or the local tourist tax (taxe de sejour) fixed by the town, to be paid on site in cash at the end of the holiday=0.61 € per person over 13 years of age for 2014.
How to reserve
- Fill in the booking form and return it to us with a deposit of 25% of the total stay + administration fees 20€.
- The balance of the rent is payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
- Payments may be made by English/Irish cheque or Bankers draft which incurs a 10 € charge or Visa/Access credit card, which incurs a surcharge of 1.8% of the total holiday cost. These are to cover the additional bank charges.
- A security and cleaning deposit of 100€ is required on arrival (see article 10 of booking conditions). This can be paid as cash or cheque and is refundable if the mobile home is left as found.
- Extra services are available: hire of towels, sheets, pillowcases, high chairs, cots, etc.
